Fresh Steps is now offering Equine Assisted Learning Workshops. In this workshop, there will be several group activities to help you get your life back on track.
The goals for participants in the workshop are:
• How to prioritize activities while keeping important people and their needs in mind
• Gain insight and understanding of how your actions, hopes and dreams impact your life
• The importance of choosing happiness over resentment
• Overcoming fear of failure and rejection
These goals will be met by specific activities designed to give you the chance to find out what is important to you, and to experience positive change, rather than just talk about it.
The cost is just $125 per person for 6 hours of instruction! A small price for starting your life anew with clear goals, and the confidence to achieve them! Space is limited, and is on a first-come first-served basis. Give us a call to find out more.
